Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Belgium: 1–3 business days

  • European Union: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

FASHIONVAULT is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. FASHIONVAULT cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

FASHIONVAULT is not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
